about

Supposedly an ancient Hebrew chant that I bastardize unintentionally. I think intention is most important and making the connection not matter the language comes from deep within. I some of my singing bowls to conterpose the bluesyness of my guitar. I also did a lot of vocals on this one. No one had time to get into the studio with me that day so I wnet for it. Also it is originally an older track that I had done with a great percussionist by the name of Jim Hines(he toured with Brian Wilson for ten years, yeah I am not worthy, I know). I decided to keep it and my Friend Quentin laid down some redonkulous violin track to bring this to a whole new melodic level. And with the help of Greg Nergaard on Funky Slam Dunk Bass and Bob Garrett on Kit Drums in Yo Face, Punk Daddyo, it became a song.
